Unboxing Video: For torn/irrelevant/empty packages, raise an inquiry within less than 48 hours of delivery. It’s suggested to create an unboxing video for your protection. Hygiene Concerns: Boxers, shorts, and inners can’t be returned/refunded/exchanged because of hygiene reasons.Returns and Exchanges:
Return & Exchange Window: You have 15 days from the date of product delivery to demand a return or exchange.
Imperfect/Wrong Products: If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will set up a reverse pickup and cover the delivery charges.
Precautionary Step: Before transportation or giving over the bundle to our courier partner, catching a video/photograph is required.
Non-Serviceable Locations: If your pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, you want to self-transport the items. Transporting charges up to ₹100 are 100% percent refundable for defective/wrong items.

Packaging and Condition: Appropriately pack the product(s) to prevent damage during travel. The product(s) should be unused with all labels and packaged flawlessly.
Hygiene Concerns: Boxers, shorts, and inners can’t be returned/refunded/exchanged because of hygiene reasons.
Dispatch Proposal: Decide on ‘Speed Post’ for reliable delivery.
Refund Policy:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be handled within 7 working days after getting the product(s) at the distribution center and leading a Quality Check. The refund will be credited to your unique payment mode.
If you used a Refund Coupon for a prepaid request, the coupon worth will be refunded through a coupon, and the excess sum will be refunded using your unique payment mode.
COD Orders: A coupon code equivalent to the ordered worth will be sent to your enrolled email/number within 48 hours after receiving the product(s) at the stockroom and Quality Check.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours through the Top Thunder Chatbot under “My Account” or “Contact Us”.
Shipped orders cannot be dropped. However, if you receive wrong/damaged products, you can initiate a return within 15 days of delivery.
